Q: Can I book a shuttle for anything other than an airport transfer?
A: Certainly! We cater for all your transport needs, including weddings, matric dances, sporting events, 21st birthdays, corporate functions, girls/boys nights out, tours and more. Contact us for personalised rates for all your transport requirements.

Q: How long in advance do I need to book a shuttle / transfer?
A: Bookings can be taken at any time, up to a few hours in advance. Of course, the sooner a booking is made, the greater the guarantee of availability.

Q: What type of vehicles do you use?
A: We have several vehicles in our fleet, ranging from Toyota sedans and hatchbacks to 6, 7, 9 and 13 seater luxury minibuses as well as luxury and semi-luxury coaches for the larger groups. The vehicle allocated to a particular transfer will depend on the schedule on the particular day.

Q: Where will I find my driver when being collected at the airport?
A: Our driver will meet you in the airport arrivals hall after you have collected your luggage. The driver will be holding a sign with your name on it, and you should simply look out for this, and our driver will assist you from there. We recommend that you keep our number handy in the unlikely event of any problems at the airport.

Q: How can payment be made?
A: Payment can be made in cash to the driver for bookings of R400 or less, alternatively you may pre-pay by EFT or Credit Card (Amex, Visa or MasterCard only).
